Analysis of the Relationship between the Dimensions of Intellectual Capital and the Performance of Workers in Educational Institutions
Abstract
The study examined the components of intellectual capital and its impact on the performance of employees in the educational institution by analyzing the relationship between the dimensions of intellectual capital represented by the human (structural relations) and the performance of the workers.
In order to achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire was designed to survey the views of a number of employees of Madenat AlElem University College (the research sample) to arrive at a hypothesis is there a relationship of significant statistical significance to the effect of capital and the conclusion was reached that there is a significant moral effect of the components of intellectual capital on the performance of workers
