The Malaysian political system offers a leading model in the management of pluralism, as it succeeded in forging an institutional environment that has absorbed ethnic and religious complexities and turned them from causes of conflict into tributaries of national enrichment . While growth the solutions were absent from similar international experiences, Malaysia was able to find a realistic path that rejects theoretical idealism and adopted gradual solutions, leaving the country with civil conflicts and achieving an economic boom that put Malaysia in the ranks of major emerging countries. The study concludes that the essence of Malaysian success lies in 'managing difference' as a tool for comprehensive development and resilient national integration.
